Author
Born and raised in the heart of the South to parents of the greatest generation, Jane grew up when life was simpler and values deeply rooted in community and family. She was taught to be home when the street lights came on, but that didn't stop her from going on adventures with her friends and exploring the world around her. Days of playing in the woods and creeks and going on adventures with friends gave her fodder for great storytelling. As a teacher and public librarian, she has had the privilege of working with folks of all ages and has learned how to use her storytelling ability to educate, inspire, and entertain.

Jane grew up in Zwolle, Louisiana, but currently lives in Vermont and is the director of the Sherburne Memorial Library in Killington. She is also the pastor at Killington's Little White Church. Jane and her husband, Santos, have two boys, two girls, two dogs, two cats, and four lizards. She also has a unique relationship with a 28-foot python and a crew of blood-thirsty Vikings, but that's a story for another day.
